Britney Spears has announced a partnership with the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation, presenting the Foundation with a $120k cheque and donating $1 from every ticket sold for her Britney: Piece of Me Las Vegas residency show.

Spears posted on Facebook 'I'm so happy I've partnered with Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation, and really enjoy raising awareness for this amazing cause. Their mission is to improve the quality of life for critically ill children, and they have been doing beautiful things for so many families. I love the positive effect these guys are having on the Las Vegas community. It makes my second home a better place'.
